No stud boarding
FRONT BARN: $475
Box stalls & stalls with runs (providing your horse plenty of room to move around while having the shelter and benefits of an enclosed stall) Shavings are provided and stalls are cleaned twice daily except Sunday. Lights are available in barn & tack rooms |

MAIN BARN: $475

OUTDOOR PADDOCKS: $350
extra large outside paddocks which accommodate two horses. Shelters are provided in each paddock and these are cleaned three times per week. |

ARENAS:
Lights are available for night riding in the indoor arena and some automatic lighting in the front outdoor arena.
All arenas are watered and worked regularly to ensure the best footing for your horse. The ranch walkways/driveways will occasionally be watered as well to keep the dust down.

ROUND PENS:
PADDOCKS:
Two grass paddocks for short term turn out are also available to our boarders. Fifteen (15) minute limit on turn outs, after fifteen minutes your horse must be removed. NO turned out horses should be left unattended, do NOT turnout your horse and leave. You must remain on property at all times while your horse is out. |
WASH RACKS:
Four (4) wash racks on property for boarders use. One covered and three uncovered. One with warm/hot & cold water options and three with only cold water. |
