RANCH RULES
SPEED LIMIT IS A STRICT 5 MPH - We have children and animals present on the property, this rule is to be taken seriously at all times for the safety of everyone.
All ranch visitors MUST sign a release form - please visit the office upon arrival to sign one and have one placed on file
Helmets - are required for all riders fourteen years of age or younger
Boots - boots made for riding are required for all riders.
Adult supervision is required for anyone Fourteen (14) years of age or younger - this means there must be a designated parent or adult present to supervise riders fourteen (14) years of age and under.
Any Rider under the age of five (5) - years old must have and adult at their side to lead horse.
No riding double - Unless one rider is an adult
No unattended horses in alleyways - Do not tie your horse in alleyway and leave to go do something elsewhere.
No tying horses to fences or rails of the arenas - This is to include all fences or pipe rails that are not secured by a large post.
No riding horses in alleyways - Do not walk through alleyways while on your horse.
No horses standing in front of store - This is to keep the driveway clear and clean from
horse manure.
Riders have precedence over turned out horses - If you have turned out your horse in an empty arena and a rider comes and wants to ride in that arena you must remove your horse
Ten (10) minute limit on turnouts - After ten minutes your horse must be removed from arena and/or put away.
No turned out horses left unattended - Do not ever turnout your horse and leave the property
No jumping over three feet
No popping lunge whips - This means if a rider is in the arena the person lunging is not to pop a whip.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times - If their paws touch the ground they must be on a leash.
Load and unload horses in the rear areas only - All trailers are to park in the rear areas to load and unload horses, not in the driveway.
Clean up after your horses, children, yourself, etc.
Riding equipment - If you choose to use cones, barrels or poles while riding put them away.
Should your horse relieve itself while tied up, clean it up.
Throw all garbage in trash containers.
Shedding - During shedding season please make sure you clean up your horses hair after grooming
Last one to leave tack room please lock up - If you are the last to leave your tack room please turn off the lights and lock up.
Last person to leave the ranch turns off lights - Arena lights should be turned off when last person leaves.
Please let the office know if you or your horse leave the property
NO smoking in barns hay and shavings are very flammable
Board is due the 1st of each month and late after the 5th - Late fee is $25.00.
